The staff at this hotel is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful, especially the sales manager. I was impressed by the designer renovation in the room on the seventh floor - it was so fresh and beautiful. I can't wait to come back and stay in a similar room. The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise with delicious dishes and quick service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation stops and just a short walk away from historical monuments and a bustling market. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the cozy restaurant on the first floor, where we had delicious breakfasts and good dishes. The staff was attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially Emir. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms are described as tidy, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. the hotel offers a great breakfast buffet, allowing guests to start their day with a delicious meal. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the great air conditioning at the hotel. The pool and spa amenities were also a nice touch, although I didn't have time to use them. The location in the center of Fatih made it really convenient to visit the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Mosque. the facilities and location were great for a light sleeper like myself.
I felt welcomed into the family and had no complaints during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city's historical attractions. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a variety of warm dishes offered daily. the staff was generally friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the facilities was lacking. The cleaning service was often delayed, and I observed some unattended cleaning products and even underwear left in the sauna, quite off-putting.
